Oh.Em.Gee. I held my first ever stamp camp. I have to admit, the thought of holding an event of that size was daunting. Finding a venue, securing catering, and then of course designing 10 cards and prepping for 45 people was scary. Thankfully, it went off without a hitch because I had an incredible support system – my upline, friends, team members and family. I am so thankful that people took a chance on me and attended. I must remember to take more pictures next time. Nerves got the better of me! Here are some of the highlights:
I chose the Markham Village Train Station as my venue. This alone was a risk because I had only seen this place for 45 seconds prior. As it turned out, it was absolutely perfect. I mean the barn door window shades and the wooden beams were totally “me”, don’t you thi.
Wanna see the cards we made? In this set, I cased the fabulous Dena Rekow for the Peekaboo Peach “Celebrate” card on the top right. I literally didn’t change a thing because her work is just gorgeous (*swoon*).

And finally…
I had so much fun at my 1st stamp camp that I decided to hold another one on January 27th (and it’s more than half full already). This one will feature the Occasions (Spring) catalogue and the Sale-a-bration brochure items. If you’re interested in attending, check out the details and register before the early bird deadline of December 15th:
