I’m getting closer to the end in sharing cards from my January Stamp Camp. I hope you’ve been enjoying them as much as I have!
You know I HAD to make a card with these darling strawberries. The Tutti Frutti bundle is so much fun to play with. The tiny punches (strawberry, pear, lemon and pineapple) are simply adorable. I cased this card from Chris Slogar (you can check out her version here). I love all the details in her version, but I had to simplify it (just a tad) for stamp camp.
There was quite a bit of stamping required for this card (and ink colours used for that matter), but everyone handled it like pros. I think real red, night of navy and lemon lime twist is an excellent combo. Chris’ idea of adding that doily was the perfect delicate touch this card needed. Since everyone who attended stamp camp received their own pack of linen thread, I added a double bow to this card (2 bows are better than 1, am I right?).
I’m saving my favourite stamp camp card for the end. Stay tuned tomorrow for the reveal. In the mean time, here’s what you need to make this berry-licious card:
