Hi, I’m Selina – thanks for stopping by Sleepy Owl Co.!
I’m a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in Markham, Ontario. I became a demo in June 2014 and have loved every single minute of it! I’ve always considered myself a crafting nerd, making cute little projects with any materials I could find. However, once I got my hands on Stampin’ Up! products, there was no turning back – it was love at first sight!
Speaking of love, I fell madly in love with this guy here and together we are raising our 2 amazing daughters. These are my people and I couldn’t do what I love without their support and encouragement.
By day, I work full-time in downtown Toronto for a healthcare agency and it isn’t until after my kids are fast asleep at night that I get to work on all things crafty. I have always felt that there is nothing better than receiving something personally handmade from someone which is why I continue to do what I do and share it with others!
I hold monthly workshops and private classes, where I teach others how to make cute projects and cards. It’s funny how many people think they aren’t creative at first, but end up in awe of what they made. It’s my favourite reaction 😉 Wanna try one of my events? View my calendar here.
When I first started, I didn’t know that I would build a team comprised of some pretty fabulous people. I would say it’s been the greatest blessing of my Stampin’ Up! journey. This wonderful group of ladies have since become some of my closest friends. We get together regularly for tons of fun, stamping, and good times.
