Yesterday my husband and I celebrated 14 years in true covid style….dinner at home haha! Well, we did sneak out on the weekend to one of our fav restaurants before indoor dining was shut down. It was nice to get dressed and enjoy a meal out of the house. Yesterday, I posted a reel on Instagram about 3 card options I made for my husband, you can view it HERE. The design was inspired by one of my favourite stampers and Artisan Design Team Member from Australia, Vicki Boucher.
The cards featured the Sweet Conversations bundle which is mainly targeted towards Valentine’s Day but this other sentiment in the set was perfect for my anniversary card as well. So which card did I decide to give him??
I went with the Smoky Slate and highland Heather version. His favourite colour is purple so it was a no brainer for me. My personal favourite was the Night of Navy as in Vicki’s original design.
The tic-tac-toe lines were hand-drawn with the help of a ruler and a Stampin’ Write Marker. I really think that the Honeycomb Embossing folder is quickly becoming my new favourite! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed these 3 cards. Feel free to let me know which was your favourite in the comments below!
